This clinic is devoted to developing the individual player and helping him gain a more intricate understanding of their specific position.
The game is beginning to focus more and more on the dodging midfielder, so it is essential for these players to better understand the art of dodging, shooting, feeding, off-ball movement, recognizing a slide and where and when to move the ball.
Because midfielders are taking over the game, attackmen are developing less and less as dodgers and creators. This clinic is designed to help change that trend. Attackmen will learn the art of dodging and what types of dodges are best suited for their particular body type and athleticism. They will also learn about on and off-ball picks, attack plays, feeding techniques, fakes and deception that they can share with their teammates and coaches.
Defensemen will learn the specifics of on-ball defense and understand what strategies work best for them based on their size and athleticism. Their communication skills will improve dramatically especially in two and three-man on-ball pick situations, as well as defending the re-emerging off-ball attack plays, and overall team defense situations.
